Senior SAP FICO Consultant (AMS | ECC & S/4HANA)Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Senior Consultant (10+ years) with strong expertise in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments, focused on AMS support and incident management.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes end-to-end, with a strong ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve incidents in a global delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide functional support in SAP AMS environment, including:

    • Incident resolution (L2/L3 support)
    • Service requests and enhancements
    • Root cause analysis and problem management
  • Manage and support end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, including:

    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Asset Accounting (AA)
    • Closing activities and financial reporting
  • Perform incident troubleshooting and resolution, ensuring minimum business impact and compliance with SLAs.
  • Coordinate with global teams (onshore/offshore) for issue resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze business issues and propose functional solutions and system improvements.
  • Support testing activities (SIT/UAT) for fixes, enhancements, and deployments.
  • Prepare and maintain functional specifications for developments and enhancements.
  • Participate in month-end close support and stabilization activities in production environments.
  • Ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement within AMS operations.
Required Qualifications
  • +10 years of experience in SAP FICO.
  • Strong experience in:

    • SAP ECC and S/4HANA Finance
    • AMS support (incident-driven environments)
    • Global support models
  • Proven experience in:

    • R2R (Record-to-Report) end-to-end processes
    • Incident management and resolution
    • Financial process support and optimization
  • Hands-on experience in:

    • Configuration and troubleshooting in FI/CO modules
    • Integration with MM and SD modules
Technical Skills
  • SAP FI/CO (ECC & S/4HANA)
  • Strong knowledge in:
    • GL, AP, AR, AA
    • Financial closing and reporting
  • Integration knowledge:
    • MM (P2P)
    • SD (O2C)
  • Experience with:
