 SAP FSM Principal Consultant 
About the Role: 
Strong experience in implementing and supporting SAP FSM (Field Service Management) solutions. In-depth knowledge of SAP FSM modules, including but not limited to work order management, scheduling, dispatching, technician management, and mobile field service. Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP FSM to meet specific business requirements. Familiarity with SAP FSM integration capabilities with other SAP modules or external systems including S/4 HANA and ECC. Relevant SAP FSM certifications would be an advantage.
 Responsibilities include: 
 
  Project Execution  
- Collaborate with client counterparts to define long-term vision, goals and strategies
 - Contribute to the design and development of client future processes and organizations with corresponding transformation roadmaps
 - Conduct requirements workshops with a team of global IT professional & subject matter experts, translating those requirements into actionable project initiatives w/associated metrics
 - Solution targeted processes, leveraging best practices
 - Configure / design SAP functionality and processes
 - Solution and document functional specifications
 - Define, execute and support testing of the solution
 - Perform knowledge transfer to client and supporting organizations throughout all phases of the project
 - Support management of project execution from start-to-finish in order to deliver according to plan (scope, quality and time)
 - Coach and develop team members to deliver quality results and promote professional development

- At least 12+ years of working experience with SAP Solutions
 - Consultant with minimum 2 FSM full lifecycle implementation project experience.
 - SAP FSM Certification
 - Working experience with SAP EAM, Plant Maintenance, SAP S/4 HANA Service/Customer Service modules
 
- Proficient in Configure, Customizing and Testing of FSM Scenarios as per client requirements
 - Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions and come up with RICEFW Document functional/technical designs, test cases and results
 - Create and conduct presentations/workshops/demos on system functionality to the client
 - SAP FSM system Setup
 -  Hands on experience in setting up below 
- FSM Resource planner
 - Scheduling
 - Dispatching
 - Service fulfillment
 - Time and Material Journal approval functionality,
 - Smart form settings
 - Business rules
 
 - Integration with SAP FSM with the backend ERP system using SAP FSM Connector and SAP CPI
 - Experience with Business rules, Screen configurations and workflows.
 - Exposure to CPI and designing groovy scripts.
 - Custom reports on FSM using Jaspersoft tool, if business required for any custom reports in FSM
 - Exposure on the Foundational Services in FSM which include Auto scheduling policies.
