Principal BY WMS Consultant

Infosys is seeking a Principal BY WMS Consultant. As a Principal BY WMS Consultant, you will anchor different phases of engagements primarily related to BY WMS. You will be responsible for the techno-functional solution of warehouse design, requirements specifications, consulting on functionalities implemented, testing of warehouse management flows, providing functional consultation on the application, integration, and reports of enterprise solutions for BY WMS with the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies, and norms of Infosys. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of relevant Information Technology experience

• Location for this position is Richardson, TX. This position may require travel to project/client location.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience in value chain management (supply chain and demand chain) with emphasis on Warehouse Management systems.
• Experience in application development and system architecture design; working knowledge of BY WMS
• Experience in working with any other WMS (except BY) product will be an added advantage.
• Experience in working with onsite-offshore model and successful delivery of outcome with Global team.
• Experience in Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle
• Experience in managing relationships with clients at the senior technical management level.
• Experience in delivering enterprise solution implementations and muti-country rollouts.
• Experience in driving pre-sales process and proposal drafting
• Experience in Warehouse execution systems

The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
