Principal, Business Consulting - SAP Plan-To-Fulfill (Semiconductor)

We are seeking a strategic and process-driven Principal Consultant with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Plan to Fulfill and a strong understanding of the semiconductor industry. This role will focus on enabling supply chain transformation by aligning SAP capabilities with business goals. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing integrated planning, manufacturing, and fulfillment solutions that support complex semiconductor supply chains, including fab operations, outsourced manufacturing, and global logistics.

  • Leading global SAP teams to design, build, test & deployment across the lifecycle.
  • Drive complex key design decisions & solution architecture for functional domain.
  • The ability to operate independently to provide quality work products to an engagement and perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment.
  • Lead System demo to business stakeholders and advise leading semiconductor practices
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead global design workshops to gather business requirements related to supply chain planning, manufacturing, inventory, and fulfillment.
  • Contribute to business case development, roadmap planning, and solution architecture.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and analytics.
  • Support change management, stakeholder engagement, and value realization efforts.
  • Design and configure SAP S/4HANA modules including PP, MM, EWM, TM, and IBP (if applicable).
  • Design semi-conductor leading practices and processes across:
    • Demand Planning
    • Supply Planning
    • Production Planning & Execution
    • Inventory Management
    • Warehouse & Transportation Management
    • Integration with finance module and third-party system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, sales, logistics, and finance.
  • Support data migration, testing, OCM, and go-live activities.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
  • 7+ years of SAP experience, with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP PP, MM, EWM, and TM modules.
  • Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and embedded analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAP S/4HANA certification in Manufacturing or Supply Chain.
  • Experience with SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) or APO.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing flows (e.g., wafer fabrication, assembly/test, outsourced manufacturing).
  • Understanding of Agile or SAP Activate methodology.
