Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 (EBS) Techno-functional Consultant

Infosys is seeking an Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 (EBS) Techno-functional Consultant with knowledge and experience in EBS supply chain applications. The selected candidate should be able to address user issues, resolve technical problems, manage tickets, product service requests and perform needed configuration updates. Should also be able to interact with customer process consultants and SME's, along with perform root cause analysis where required and improve processes.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of relevant Information Technology experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Candidates must be located within commuting distance of Greenville, TX, Melbourne, FL or Salt Lake City, UT or be willing to relocate to one of these areas. Must be willing to travel for major milestones to client locations.
• In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to "U.S. persons" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15. U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees.
• 2+ years of experience in Oracle EBS SCM modules
• Experience in relevant technologies such as Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, APEX and workflows

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in Oracle EBS application support and a good understanding of processes.
• Understanding of various business processes in Manufacturing domain.
• Experience and desire to work closely with customers

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
