Infosys is seeking a Lead SAP BRIM Technical Consultant

This position requires an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications: -

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
  • At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology

  • Preferred Qualifications -
    • Atleast 7 years of hands-on experience as a BRIM Technical Consultant.
    • Successfully delivered 3-5 end-to-end SAP BRIM implementations and supported AMS engagements.
    • Lead the onsite technical delivery for the Coke BRIM implementation, coordinating with offshore teams and client stakeholders.
    • Own and drive development across RICEF objects, object-oriented ABAP, and standard enhancements.
    • Ensure seamless integration across Subscription Order Management (SOM), FI-CA, and Convergent Invoicing (CI).
    • Collaborate with functional and infrastructure teams to address lockbox processing and BAI2 bank statement handling within SAP S/4HANA.
    • Develop and maintain OData services, CDS Views, AMDP procedures, and custom interfaces.
    • Lead Fiori-based UI development, including screen enhancements and user experience optimization.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Order Distribution Framework (ODI) and IDOC/Web Services (REST & SOAP).
    • Apply deep knowledge of FQEVENTS for event-based processing in FI-CA.
    • Utilize SAP HANA development tools, including WebIDE, for efficient and scalable solution design.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and offshore teams.
    • Participate in client workshops, design reviews, and cutover planning.
    • Strong command of ABAP development, including advanced programming techniques.
    • Deep understanding of SAP BRIM architecture, especially SOM, FI-CA, CI.
    • Experience with bank integration and financial data formats (e.g., BAI2).
    • Proficiency in SAP UI5/Fiori, CDS, AMDP, and OData.
    • Familiarity with SAP HANA, WebIDE, and modern development environments.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • SAP BRIM certification or equivalent.
    • Experience in client-facing roles and onsite delivery.
    • Exposure to BRIM landscape or similar large-scale consumer goods implementations.
    • Worked in AMS / Support projects
    The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
