Junior Accountant in Accounts Receivable with German
Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
Junior Accountant in Accounts Receivable with German
Location: Lodz - hybrid work or remote
Responsibilities:
Performing cash application, account maintenance, refunds, reconciliations, reporting, and follow-up on open items (on-account process)
Handling incoming email queries
Conducting account analysis
Identifying process gaps and proposing improvement opportunities
Ensuring effective communication and maintaining professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Preparing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Achieving business targets (Service Level Agreements) as well as individual performance goals
Requirements:
German at a minimum B2 level (essential for client communication)
English at a minimum B2 level (essential for client communication)
Approximately 1 year of experience in accounting, preferably in the cash application process
Finance/Accounting degree or completion of relevant accounting courses
Strong analytical skills
High customer orientation and a proactive approach
Ability to understand both the broader context and detailed data aspects
Strong focus on identifying areas for improvement
Good team player
Customer-oriented mindset combined with initiative and accountability
