Healthcare Consultant - AS400 and PBM
Infosys is seeking Lead Consultant - Healthcare and PBM. In this role, you will be leading and collaborate with and motivate a cross-functional team to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished in alignment with project roadmap. You will be accountable for the project backlog and prioritization of user stories with team members. Partners with Scrum master's in supporting Scrum Framework and develop a deep understanding of the customer and project needs. You will be an expert contributing to different phases of the project lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in design, business process, review and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration, and production deployment. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope.
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
- Strong experience in design, analysis and development.
- Experience in Agile projects.
- Candidates need to be in and around or willing to relocate to Hartford, CT

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- SQL skills (able to write queries, perform table joins).
- Knowledge on AS400 and PBM Domain
- Understanding of design, coding and testing of complex software and/or data warehouse applications within the organization.
