Devops With AWS

Infosys is seeking an Devops Engineer with strong experience in Azure DevOps and AWS CloudFormation to design and implement CI/CD pipelines for deploying infrastructure and applications to AWS. The role involves automating deployments, managing infrastructure as code, and ensuring secure and scalable cloud operations.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.

• Location for this position is Charlotte, NC. This position requires travel and/or relocation to project/client located

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines (YAML-based)
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and pipeline orchestration
• Experience with Git (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)
• Proficiency in AWS CloudFormation (Stacks, Nested Templates, Parameters)
• Familiarity with core AWS services: EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, VPC, RDS, CloudWatch
• Experience with AWS CLI and SDKs
• Proficient in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation
• Experience with JSON/YAML for configuration and templates
• Understanding of IAM roles and policies
• Experience with Secrets Management (AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault)
• Experience with Terraform or other IaC tools
• Exposure to containerization (Docker, ECS, EKS)
• Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, etc.)
• Experience with third-party integrations (SonarQube, Nexus, etc.)

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements
