Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch and English.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient problem resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
• Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in the system.

What We're Looking For:

• Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken) - this is non-negotiable.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic technical knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or a related field is a plus.
