Accounts Payable Specialist with German (PTP)

Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
Accounts Payable Specialist with German (PTP)
Location: Lodz - hybrid or remote

Responsibilities:
Processing payments, account reconciliation and analysis
Managing bank processes related of payments
Handling phone queries in German
Conducting open items analysis
Communicating and maintaining professional relations with customers, suppliers, and co-workers
Identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities
Creating and updating SOPs

Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in the Accounts Payable domain
Very good English (minimum B2) - essential for client communication purposes
Very good German (minimum C1) - essential for client communication purposes
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to details
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Strong customer orientation
Excellent communication skills
Willingness and confidence to contact customers by phone
