Required technical and professional expertise

• Proven experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role.
• Solid hands-on experience with container orchestration platforms, especially Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Jenkins, Tekton or ArgoCD
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. Bash, Python, Groovy).
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Solid understanding of GitOps principles and software version control (GIT).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable working in Linux Environments.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of IBM Cloud or other major cloud providers (AWS)
• Exposure to secure software development and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with international teams
