Introduction

The Expert Labs Global Delivery Center brings together delivery experts with software and infrastructure development co-located in Toronto, Krakow, and Bangalore, helping to foster closer collaboration and more efficient problem solving to assist our clients. Clients prioritize not only ROI, value and technical expertise, but they also want speed of implementation to achieve their goal. The GDC delivers a consistent experience globally by developing and leveraging AI and Automation, Assets and Accelerators.

Your role and responsibilities

As an Expert Labs Delivery Consultant, you will learn and experience how we apply technical expertise to ensure world-class delivery using consultative skills such as problem-solving / hypothesis-based methodologies,
communication, and service orientation skills. As a member of IBM Expert Labs, Global Delivery Center #GDC you will be client focused, courageous, pragmatic, and technical. You will need an equal measure of these skills to optimize and trailblaze new solutions that address real business challenges.

You will:

To help achieve this win-win outcome, a 'day-in-the-life' in this role may include, but not be limited to...

* Participating in Expert Labs engagements covering various phases of design, integration, implementation, migration and production support.
* Ensuring accurate documentation of related project artifacts related to the engagement and delivery of the projects.
* Demonstrating a natural bias towards self-motivation, curiosity, and initiative in navigating the available data and IBM teams to find answers and present solutions.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills as you work across the client, partner, and IBM teams.

Required education

High School Diploma/GED

Preferred education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

B.S. in M.I.S., Business/Communications with a STEM minor, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience in Computer Science/Information Systems/Engineering or experience in Computer Science/Information Systems/Engineering.
* Hands-on exposure to real-world application of computer science, information systems or engineering concepts.
* Strong development skills.
* Strong skills in the disciplines of AI and ML.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Strong data manipulation skills.
* Process Automation.
* IT Observability.
* Experience in Agile software environments is a plus.
