Consultant Manager Experimenté en Stratégie d'Entreprise

Your role and responsibilities

En tant que Consultant Manager expérimenté, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le conseil, le pilotage et l'accompagnement des équipes clients. Vous serez notamment amené(e) à :• Analyser les besoins de transformation des organisations, y compris les enjeux de continuité, conformité et cybersécurité.• Élaborer des plans de transformation opérationnelle et digitale et en encadrer la mise en œuvre.• Réaliser des évaluations de maturité (digital, data, process, security) et formuler des recommandations stratégiques.• Superviser la coordination multi‑équipes et le pilotage des programmes : processus, technologies, automatisation, data, identité, sécurité.• Suivre la performance des initiatives, anticiper les risques et ajuster la trajectoire lorsque nécessaire.• Proposer des améliorations d'efficacité opérationnelle, d'optimisation des flux et de gestion des actifs critiques.• Préparer des rapports d'analyse, synthèses et présentations exécutives pour les comités de direction.• Assurer une veille sur les tendances technologiques émergentes : IA, cloud hybride, sécurité numérique, automatisation, technologies quantiques.• Piloter un portefeuille de projets : budget, délais, ressources et reporting.• Gérer la relation client et accompagner la montée en compétence des consultants.• Contribuer au développement commercial : identifier, maintenir et développer les relations clients, détecter de nouvelles opportunités et soutenir la préparation d'offres.

Ce que nous recherchons chez un Consultant Manager Expérimenté :
• Curiosité pour les technologies émergentes et capacité à intégrer des approches modernes aux enjeux clients.• Leadership affirmé et aptitude à encadrer et mobiliser des équipes mixtes (internes et clients).• Solides capacités d'analyse, de structuration et de résolution de problèmes complexes.• Expérience dans un ou plusieurs secteurs tels que la finance, les télécommunications, la santé, le transport ou le retail.• Sens poussé de l'organisation, capacité à prioriser et à structurer des projets multi‑acteurs, souvent internationaux.• Excellentes compétences de communication, de synthèse et de storytelling auprès de publics dirigeants.• Capacité à établir et entretenir des relations de travail solides à tous les niveaux de l'entreprise.

Expertise recherchée :
Vous correspondez au profil attendu si :
• Vous avez au moins 7 ans d'expérience professionnelle, idéalement dans le conseil, l'audit ou au sein de grandes organisations, en stratégie, transformation digitale, pilotage de programmes ou opérations.

• Vous avez travaillé sur des sujets liés à la cybersécurité, à la conformité numérique, à la gouvernance IT, à la gestion des identités ou à la résilience opérationnelle (atout apprécié).

• Vous maîtrisez les méthodologies Design Thinking, Agile et les bonnes pratiques de gestion de projet.
• Vous possédez une compréhension solide des technologies émergentes (IA, cloud hybride, automatisation, data, sécurité...).
• Vous parlez couramment français et anglais (niveau C1). Toute langue supplémentaire est un plus.
• Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une grande école d'ingénieur, de commerce ou d'une université reconnue.• Des connaissances en programmation ou en architecture IT sont un plus.
