私達のお客様である日本企業は、少子高齢化といった人手不足が顕著なマクロ環境下において、グローバル化や新規事業の立ち上げといったビジネス拡大を加速されており、それらを支える間接業務基盤の強化を急がれています。
＜募集背景＞
新たなBPOサービスを実現するためには、IBMが持つBPOサービスの基盤を理解、活用しながら、新たなソリューションを生み出し、具現化する、ビジネス企画力、そして、コンサルティング力、プロジェクトマネジメント力が求められます。
戦略• ビジネスコンサルタントとしての経験を持っており、そのコンサルティング経験を活かして、あらたなビジネス、事業を生み出すことにチャレンジしたい思っている方を探しています。
＜具体的な業務内容＞
BPOサービスの新しいソリューションの開発、マーケティング、セリング、デリバリーまでをコンサルティングチーム、営業チーム、デリバリーチームと協業しながらリードして頂きます。
• BPOサービスの戦略企画、マーケティング
• BPOマーケットにおいて主流といわれている人事• 経理• 間接材購買業務以外の業務領域のBPOビジネス獲得
• 新規デリバリーセンターの立ち上げ• 拡大
• IBMのテクノロジー、他サービスと組み合わせた案件の創出
IBMが提供するビジネス• プロセス• アウトソーシング（BPO）によって、既存の間接業務人員を定型的な業務から解放し、より戦略的な業務へシフトすることをご支援します。
また、間接業務において確実にDXを成功させる起爆剤の一つとしてもBPOというサービスを活用されます。
単に低コストで安定した業務運用を担うだけでなく、いかにお客様とともに変革を推進できるか、しかも、他社にも適用している汎用的な効率化施策を適用するのではなく、そのお客様とともに新たなアイディアを生み出す"共創パートナー"となれるか、さらには、この変革の成果をBPOサービスの一環としてコミットしたパートナーシップを結ぶことができるか。これが今後の新たなBPOサービスとなります。
そして、このBPO＋共創パートナーの取組みは、従来の経理• 人事• 間接購買といった領域だけでなく、昨今はSCMやCRMといった領域、さらには、特定業界やその企業固有の業務まで、もはや領域• 業務問わず検討対象となっています。

Required education
High School Diploma/GED
Required technical and professional expertise
• 基本的なコンサルティングスキル（論理的思考能力）
• 企画力（提案力、調整力）
• プロジェクトマネジメントスキル
以下いずれかの経験をお持ちの方
• コンサルタントとしての業務経験（戦略、業務プロセスなど）
• ITソリューションを活用したコンサルティング経験（システム開発• 導入プロジェクトのリードなど）
• 新規サービスの企画力（新規事業企画、スタートアップ企画）

1.これまでご自身で培った業務領域、業界の専門性、考察力を活用し、新たなクライアントニーズを発掘する
主なロールは、IBMグローバルで見ても、まだほとんど事例がない新たなビジネスの開発です。
ですので、事例ベースではなく、深い業務領域、業界の専門性と考察力を活用し、新たな業界、クライアントニーズを発掘することができる方を求めています。
2. だれもやったことがない新しいソリューションを、周りを巻き込み、実現できる
新規ビジネス開発が主なロールですので、まだ決まったオファリングやソリューションが多くはありません。
ですので、まだだれもやったことがない新しいソリューションを、IBM社内外問わず様々な方々の協力を得て、提案、デリバリーできる方、そういった経験がある方を求めています。
3. お客様と中長期的なパートナーシップを築き、お客様の変革を二人三脚で伴走できる
BPOを採用するお客様は、変革に対して覚悟を持って意思決定をしています。
そういったお客様と、構想策定や設計に終わらず、ぞの変革実現までをお客様とともにするのがBPOサービスです。
Preferred technical and professional experience
• 業務コンサルティング経験（人事、経理、SCM、CRM等）
• BPOサービスの経験
• 初級ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC650点以上相当）
