The Opportunity
We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our team at the Ludvika Power Transformers Factory. In this role, you will lead two warehouse managers and have a strong strategic focus on optimizing operations and driving improvements. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our warehouse processes, ensure efficiency, and maintain high standards of safety and quality. You'll be at the heart of our supply chain, making sure goods are stored, handled, and dispatched accurately and on time.
How you'll make an impact
- Plan, organize, and oversee all warehouse activities to meet business objectives.
- Maintain precise stock records, conduct cycle counts, and implement robust inventory control systems.
- Lead and develop two Warehouse Supervisors and their teams, setting clear goals and providing ongoing feedback.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring proper handling and storage of goods.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, drive automation, and implement best practices.
- Prepare reports on inventory, productivity, and KPIs, while managing costs and budgets effectively.
Your Background
- Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including experience leading other managers.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Ability to optimize processes and embrace digitalization initiatives.
- Strategic mindset with experience in process improvement and operational planning.
