Job Title: Electrical Design Engineer - Transformers
The Opportunity

How You'll Make an Impact
- Create customized designs with a focus on safety and hazard control.
- Contribute to design reviews and verification processes, providing feedback and making necessary modifications.
- Optimize designs to meet updated standards and incorporate new products and functionalities.
- Develop and review engineering drawings, specifications, and plans required by manufacturing.
- Design, analyze, and evaluate systems, products, or components with a high degree of technical expertise.
- Conduct economic studies and prepare specifications, proposals for contracts, licensing, and safety documents.
- Collaborate with customers and engineering teams to shape and deliver design solutions.
- Support technology implementation with in-depth testing and analysis of design tool outputs.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Your Background
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field plus 3 years of experience in product/system development or transformer design; or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5 years of experience.
- Experience in electrical design and proficiency in Creo/SolidWorks/3D CDS systems.
- Preferred experience in transformer design and large distribution transformers.
- Authorization to work in the US.
