Senior IT Technical Project Manager

How you'll make an impact
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
- Lead medium, large, and enterprise IT projects from initiation through completion.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and resource allocation with precision.
- Manage project financials and ensure adherence to targets.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, while capturing and sharing lessons learned.
- Ensure all activities align with Hitachi Energy project management methodology and quality standards.
- Serve as the key contact and escalation point, building strong stakeholder relationships.
- Oversee technology planning and implementation for IT-related projects.
- Coach and mentor junior project managers across NAM sites.
Your background
- 10+ years experience leading large, complex projects.
- Extensive global project management experience across full program lifecycles.
- 5+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM/PPM Project Management Module.
- Proficiency in PMP, Agile, Scrum, and Gate Model methodologies.
- Organizational Change Management experience in a global enterprise environment.
- Strong financial management skills using MS Project and SAP.
