Power+ Global Trainee

The opportunity:
Our Power+ Graduate Program jumpstarts your career with a truly unique journey that will take you across three 6-month work assignments before moving into a permanent position. Freedom to choose the three assignments based on business need and personal interests to craft an individual program. Possible to conduct international assignments during 2nd and 3rd assignment period.

While you are a full-time, permanent team member, each assignment will be within a different part of our business and provides deep, experiential learning opportunities within different segments. 5. You will learn about the relevant business or product line within your rotations.
6.You will take ownership of and complete engaging projects within the rotation timeframe.
7.You will engage with supervisors and mentors to develop your technical & leadership skills.
8.You will explore a wide range of potential rotations - examples include application engineering, research & development, project management, design engineering, process engineering, supply chain, production supervisor, software development and engineering, business development, operations, technical sales and marketing, and more!

9. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

1.We require candidate with STEM background is mandatory and graduate within 2 years.

2.Who is willing to relocate for 3 rotations across global - relocation assistance is provided.

3.Aspire to promote the progress and development of global sustainable energy.

4.Proficiency in Japanese and English speaking and writing skill.
