LSU Risk Management Manager

How you'll make an impact

1. You will support risk management and contract management of LSU Great China and assess, identify, and minimize the business risks, propose the mitigation plan of commercial risks.

2. You will be familiar with the policies of global risk review, relevant regulations, legal laws and define and optimize and process of local RR and contract review; ensure all the process compliance with internal control and BAT/LAT.

3. You will do compliance with governance of internal and external, and ensure the implementation.

4. You will organize trainings for sales and relevant functions, coordinate with legal function, global risk manager and related functions.

5. You will organize risk review meetings and other task as manager assigned.

6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a bachelor's degree or above, legal major preferred.

2. Depth knowledge and 5+ year working experience in commercial, risk review management or contract management.

3. Fast learner with excellent communication skills.

4. Strong ownership, capability of working under pressure.

5. Fluent English skill.
