We are looking for a Logistics and Customs Operations Specialist to support a growing organization.

How you will make impact:

• Oversee end-to-end general cargo (G/C) transport execution, including documentation checks and SAP TM updates.
• Coordinate with transport service providers to track shipments and ensure milestone completion.
• Manage customs processes, provide instructions to brokers, and ensure compliance with UCC and EU regulations.
• Support preferential origin rules and trade compliance.
• Handle NCR (Non-conformance report) follow-ups, evaluate supplier feedback, and drive cost-saving initiatives in logistics.
• Manage freight orders, rate calculations, and spot quotes in TMS.
• Verify carrier invoices, resolve billing discrepancies, and process payments.Address claims with carriers or marine insurers while ensuring legal compliance.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines.

• Bachelor's degree in related fields. Logistics Management and International Trade, considered a strong plus.
• Proven years of experience in logistics/transportation /global trade.
• Organized, structured, and systematic work habits with a strong mindset. Proven ability to actively manage priorities and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of SAP TM (Transportation Management) and SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) and SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
• Proficiency in both spoken & and written English language is required.
