IT Business Analyst

The opportunity:

To ensure that IT solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value by managing requirements, coordinating with Project Teams, while overseeing end-to-end delivery and validating solution quality.

How you'll make an impact:

• Collaborate with IT Service Managers, Application Managers, Solution Architects and Project Managers to deliver Integration Projects.
• Ensure that the final solution meets business objectives and is delivered on time.
• Recognize risks to the project and help to mitigate risks and remove blockers for the project teams.
• Update Service Manager on Project Timelines and risks.
• Assist delivery teams with gathering field level mapping specifications.
• Work together with the testing team to validate the solution is fit for use.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or business management.
• 4-6 years of experience in IT-related Business Analysis.
• Good understanding of related business and its processes.
• Methodologies ITIL, L6S.
• Domain-specific skills, Process Management, Project Management, / Data analytics & Learning agility.
• Experience and ability to work with virtual delivery teams as well as distributed stakeholders.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
