日立エナジージャパンのHigh Voltage事業では、送電・変電設備を通じて、社会インフラに不可欠な電力の安定供給を支えています.

本インターンシップでは、Sales Support Engineerの業務を通じて、受注前フェーズにおける技術提案、見積検討、市場整理など、ビジネスの入口を支えるエンジニアリング業務を体験いただきます.

Sales Support Engineerは、お客さまの要望を技術的に整理し、最適な製品構成やソリューションを検討・提案する役割を担います. 営業、設計、製造などの関係部門と連携しながら、技術面から受注活動を支援する重要なポジションです.

主な業務内容

• お客さまの要望や案件情報を踏まえた技術的な論点整理
• 最適な製品構成やソリューション提案に向けた検討サポート
• 技術提案・見積検討・市場整理に関するサポート業務
• 営業、設計、製造など関係部門と連携した提案活動のサポート
• 実際の提案案件を題材とした、技術的な論点整理および提案プロセスの理解
• 市場特性や具体的な用途を踏まえた、製品価値の整理・PR方法の検討

How you'll make an impact

1. You will analyze and organize technical requirements based on customer needs and project information.

2. You will support the development of optimal product configurations and solution proposals.

3. You will assist with technical proposals, cost estimation, and market analysis activities.

4. You will support proposal activities in collaboration with sales, engineering, manufacturing, and other related functions.

5. You will learn the proposal process through actual business opportunities, including technical analysis and solution development.

6. You will explore how to communicate product value effectively by considering market characteristics and customer applications.

7. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

2. Passion for creating new values and taking on challenges.

3. Ability to organize information, identify key issues, and communicate ideas clearly in writing.

4. A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new things.

5. Basic knowledge of electrical or mechanical engineering.

6. Motivation to develop English communication skills (reading, listening, writing, and speaking).

Working hours: 900-1730 (1hr break). Flex time is applicable.
