How you'll make an impact

• The initial contract will be for a period of 12 months, and conversion to a permanent position will be determined based on performance evaluation upon completion of the Graduate Trainee Program. (This is a recruitment-linked internship program).
• You will participate in a 12-month rotational program across Hitachi Energy's various businesses and functions, including an optional overseas assignment.
• You will engage in job assignments and project work every 3-6 months to accelerate the development of functional and leadership competencies.
• You will receive coaching, training, and development opportunities such as leadership programs, technical training, industry experience, and exposure to leading-edge technologies
• You will demonstrate personal leadership, teamwork, and collaboration abilities, with a high level of initiative, self-confidence, and future leader aspirations.
• You will exhibit a passion for delivering excellent customer service and be willing and able to travel or relocate as required.
• You will support the product marketing organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing commercial and technical descriptions of the applied products and technology, determining costs, preparing final documentation, and serving as a key technical resource in the assigned area. And perform various marketing analysis to enable marketing strategy development.
• You will support the product marketing organization/customer in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions also do support in customer creation/change, customer credit request, order booking, based on ERP work.
• You will support in pre-qualification/documentation, bank guarantee bond, SFDC and quotation list, support the risk review process and be responsible for the analysis of sales report and market intelligence essential with gathering marketing data.
• You will support to manage and administrative procedures in sales processes and any business-related events.
• You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

• You can be a recent university graduate in relevant fields with good grades (CGPA 3.5 above or 80% above is the proposed benchmark for Countries) or upto 2-3 years sales and marketing career.
• Appreciate that they are offered a global network and different assignments in different environments and be prepared to work anywhere in the world, also be aware that their professional development depends of their own performance and personality.
