HR Specialist for Poland (Maternity Cover)

The Opportunity:
Join our dynamic HR team, where we manage HR operations by handling full employee lifecycle processes and ensure consistent, compliant, and efficient HR support.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Manage end-to-end HR lifecycle in Workday: onboarding, changes, offboarding
- Oversee and maintain personnel records, HR documentation, and compliance with Polish labor law
- Act as point of contact for HR & payroll operations, ensuring accurate data submission to external providers
- Generate and analyze HR reports: absences, long leaves, headcount - reducing administrative overhead.
- Handle tickets and inquiries related to employee data (personal details, contact information, etc.).
- Update sensitivity and role-based access in systems as needed.
- Collaborate with Legal & Compliance on data privacy and documentation.
- Support audit processes and government reporting.
- Work closely with managers and HRBP`s to ensure smooth HR operations.
Your Background:
- 2+ years of solid experience in hard HR in Poland (end-to-end HR admin).
- Expert knowledge of Polish labor law and documentation.
- Proven experience with Workday (or similar HRIS such as Enova).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication in Polish and professional proficiency in English.
- Able to work in a hybrid model with presence in Kraków office.
Preferred Experience:
- Handling reports and analytics in Excel.
- Experience interfacing with external providers or SSC environment.
- Familiarity with sensitive data processing and GDPR compliance.
