As a General Field Sales Senior Professional at Hitachi, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth and expanding market share in your territory. What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to capture new business opportunities.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new customers while strengthening existing partnerships.
  • Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions that deliver value.
  • Manage the full sales cycle-from prospecting to closing and post-sales support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and proposals to technical teams and executive leaders.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and customer data in CRM systems.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscapes, and Hitachi's product roadmap.
  • Represent Hitachi at industry events and trade shows to build brand awareness.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7-10 years of B2B field sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Expertise in selling complex technology solutions or industrial products.
  • Strong experience in Power Transformers.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
