The opportunity:
Provide controlling and planning specialist expertise to the COE and its customers within one of the Process Areas as part of the COE service offerings.
How you'll make an impact:
- Manage controlling, budgeting, cost control, charging mechanisms, and tax compliance. Drive continuous process improvements, standardization, and innovation across finance processes.
- Oversee end-to-end process management and KPI-based performance steering. Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices between COEs.
- Ensure adherence to process standards and stakeholder engagement. Participate in regional/global process improvement initiatives. Optimizes own performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions.
- Responsible for overseeing the business planning process and extending support to the Function
- heads for evaluating the implications of various business decisions for final target setting.
- Monitors financial performance of the function, identifies issues and advises management on action plans and operational strategies to resolve.
- Responsible for the data accuracy validation in the monthly financial performance reports and ad-
- vice for necessary actions required.
- Ensures continuous improvement in the financial control process in alignment with global standards and local policies.
- Ensures timely and efficient communication with relevant Local/Country/Division/Region Controllers, Finance Business Partner or Centres of Expertise, and other internal customers to identify and discuss issues for improvement of operations, work quality and efficiency for area of responsibility.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:
- Qualification of bachelor's degree in finance and accounting or professional Qualifications (CA or CMA).
- Should have 0-3 years of experience in Controlling and Accounting at functional and corporate level.
- Ability to interact with Process stakeholders at various levels and integrate with other Process Owners.
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
- Proficient MS Office, incl. Excel.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
