Our Grid Integration portfolio spans a wide range of transmission and substation applications, which facilitate reliable and efficient system integration of the future digital electric network with minimum environmental impact.

We incorporate the integrated systems, solutions and services of our business' DC and AC fields, including HVDC, Substations, FACTS, Grid and Power Quality solutions such as offshore wind connections, and Semiconductors. We offer Power Consulting for key segments in the energy system, such as renewables, transmission distribution and as well as e-transportation solutions.

• You will follow company's project management process to control the cost, maintain and improve project margin, ensure timely cash collection from customers.
• You will manage the project risk and opportunities through project execution and meet contractual delivery time and key milestone, get PAC on time.
• You will monitor project quality issues, deviation database and take relevant action to minimize quality cost and make project resource plan and discuss with various function managers to ensure sufficient and qualified resource for project execution.
• You will be responsible for contract management, especially change and claim issue, on both customer and supplier end.
• You will be responsible for project safety management with the support of EHS specialist and for the project's both internal and external reporting.
• You will motivate the project team members to ensure project success and supplier selection and negotiation together with SCM team, manage customer expectation and satisfaction.
• You will ensure project documentation system function well and ensure R&D product to be transferred to project deliverable on quality and on time, with close cooperation with various functions, such as R&D, Engineering, SCM, Test, Production, Facility, Finance, also with good connection with various relevant global functions, such as TOP, R&D, Valve, Engineering, etc.
• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

• You hold a Master Graduate in Electrical Engineering.
• More than 20 years' working experience in Power Industry.
• Team building and motivation skills.
• Be enthusiastic and interested in Project management.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Good relationship with customers.
• Good English skill - spoken and written.
