How You'll Make an Impact

  • Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and standards aligned with global frameworks.
  • Oversee risk management activities and ensure timely audits and assessments.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Establish and maintain a governance framework for decision-making and accountability.
  • Collaborate with global IT and security teams to ensure alignment and communication.
  • Drive cybersecurity awareness and training programs across the organization.
  • Define KPIs and deliver governance performance reports to leadership.
  • Support incident response planning and ensure governance integration.
    Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, or related field.
  • 6+ years of cybersecurity-related experience.
  • 5+ years of program management experience in governance or risk frameworks.
  • Experience in designing or managing cybersecurity governance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, IEC 62443) or related processes
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives and collaborate with globally dispersed teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Position may require up to 25% travel, domestic and international.
  • Program Management Experience with background in Kanban, Lean Six Sigma or comparable experience.
  • Extensive experience with risk management and accepted threat assessment protocols.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies (e.g., SIEM, IAM, encryption technologies, endpoint protection) is a plus.

Colorado Salary: $96,200-$125,000
