Position Summary

We are seeking a data-driven and business-savvy Sales Operations Analyst to support strategic decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Product Management at an international level.

This role is responsible for analyzing commercial data, market trends, and customer insights to drive revenue growth, optimize pricing, and improve go-to-market performance across multiple markets. The ideal candidate is comfortable translating complex data into actionable strategies that enhance market position and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Analysis and Business Partnering

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to identify opportunities, track performance, and evaluate commercial initiatives.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret commercial data including sales performance, customer segmentation, and market trends.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility into KPIs such as revenue, margin, and product mix.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and actionable format.
Pricing, Forecasting and Planning
  • Conduct pricing, profitability, and discount analysis to support pricing strategy and commercial optimization.
  • Support demand forecasting and sales planning by analyzing historical performance and market dynamics.
  • Support the sales forecasting and budgeting process; analyze price, volume, and mix variances and propose remediation plans.
  • Build business cases for new products including NPV and ROI modeling.
Market Intelligence and Performance Monitoring
  • Maintain and update the annual market intelligence booklet using syndicated and internal data sources.
  • Provide insights on product performance and lifecycle trends to inform Product Management and Marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to assess campaign ROI, channel performance, and lead conversion metrics.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify growth and differentiation opportunities.
Systems and Data Governance
  • Support CRM and ERP data management to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
Profile
  • Experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, Commercial Finance, or similar analytical roles.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (including NPV and ROI calculations).
  • Advanced Excel and data visualization skills; experience with BI tools is a plus.
  • Experience supporting international or multi-market commercial teams.
  • Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • High level of English (written and spoken).
