PRIMARY FUNCTION

Support and optimize global Learning Technologies, including learning systems, Microsoft 365 tools, automation platforms, and other enterprise learning solutions. Enhance learning delivery, improve the user experience, and drive operational efficiency through scalable technology, data, and process improvements.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Technology & Platform Expertise

  • Configure and optimize learning platforms such as SuccessFactors, Workday Learning, Cornerstone, Articulate 360, Microsoft 365 apps.
  • Support integrations, ensuring data accuracy for compliance and development programs.
  • Build surveys, dashboards, SharePoint resources, and learning deployments.

Data & Analytics

  • Consolidate and analyze data across systems to measure effectiveness, engagement, and compliance.
  • Develop dashboards and insights using Power BI, Smartsheet, and LMS analytics for leadership decision-making.
  • Identify trends and recommend improvements.

Automation & Process Improvement

  • Build Smartsheet workflows, Microsoft Power Automate flows, and taskbots to streamline operations.
  • Design micro-tools (e.g., reminders, adaptive triggers, chatbot-style support).
  • Improve workflows through documentation, automation, and root-cause analysis.
  • Partner with IT to integrate platforms and ensure strong data governance.

Technical Innovation

  • Identify opportunities to modernize and simplify the learning technology ecosystem.
  • Pilot new tools and integrations (e.g., AI chatbots, digital adoption platforms, automated workflows).
  • Maintain system documentation, configuration guides, and process maps.

Learning Systems Administration

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Learning Systems including course setup, enrollments, class close-outs, instructor support, and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot learner and administrator issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
  • Administer external learning platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, Harvard ManageMentor, Udemy).

Program & Class Logistics

  • Coordinate and automate logistics for enterprise-wide programs (onboarding, leadership, professional development).
  • Ensure smooth in-person and virtual operations using Outlook automation, Teams setup, SharePoint sites, and Smartsheet tracking.
  • Manage participant communications, scheduling, rosters, and event logistics.
  • Document processes for consistency and scalability.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, learning technologies, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience human capital management systems (SuccessFactors, Workday Learning, Cornerstone, Saba, etc.).
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Adobe Connect, SurveyMonkey.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a drive to automate, streamline, and enhance user experiences.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with taskbots/chatbots, SCORM or xAPI standards, APIs or basic scripting (JavaScript, Python), and corporate L&D environments.
