1. 담당업무

- HRSG 제작을 위한 용접 작업 수행

- GTAW, FCAW, SMAW 등 다양한 용접 방식 적용

- 용접 후 Self-visual inspection 및 품질 점검

- 도면 및 작업 지시서에 따른 용접 위치 및 조건 설정

- 작업장 내 안전 및 품질 기준 준수

2. 자격 및 필요 조건

- 경력사항: 신입 또는 3년 이상 경력직

- 학력사항: 고졸 및 초대졸

- 직무기술:

. 도면 해독 및 용접 조건 설정 능력

. 업무에 필요한 EHS 및 품질에 대한 지식

3. 요구되어지는 인적특성

- GE에서 요구하는 기본적인 소양과 정직성

- 생산시 요구되는 품질수준 준수

- 수행업무에 대한 책임감

4. 우대사항

- 용접 경력 5년 이상

- 용접 자격증 보유자 (예: 용접기사, 용접기능장 등)

- 제관과 협업 가능한 작업자

- 정밀 용접 및 고난도 작업 수행 가능자

- HRSG 또는 발전설비 관련 용접 경험자 우대

Roles and Responsibilities:

I. Job Summary

An experienced Welder to join HRSG production team in Changwon factory. The role involves performing high-quality welding in accordance with drawings and WPS (Welding Procedure Specification), ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and supporting production schedules.

II. Essential Functions, responsibilities

• Perform welding works on boilers, heat exchangers, and pressure vessels (SMAW, GTAW, FCAW, etc.)
• Interpret and follow welding drawings and WPS requirements
• Ensure weld quality meets NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) acceptance criteria and standards
• Inspect, maintain, and manage welding equipment and tools
• Comply with workplace safety regulations and eliminate potential hazards before work
• Collaborate with the other teams when necessary

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in welding for boilers, pressure vessels, or heavy industry manufacturing
• Holder of welding-related certifications (e.g., Special Welding Technician, Industrial Engineer Welding, or equivalent)
• Skilled in SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding), GTAW (TIG), and FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Valid welding certifications in ASME, KS, or EN standards
• Experience in large boiler and power plant equipment fabrication
• Knowledge of welding automation and mechanized welding equipment
• Completion of occupational safety and health training

• Can work individually and/or in a team and can handle high working pressure / Resilience
• Up to date technical Knowledge of the latest trends in manufacturing Technology and ability to apply and adapt
