Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Windows user applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Maintain the codebase and refactor old codebases to C# and .NET
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements:
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Extensive professional experience in software engineering, demonstrating senior-level capability
- Extensive experience developing Windows user applications.
- Experience working in a matrix hierarchical environmen
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in C# and .NET framework.
- Strong knowledge of MS SQL and Git.
- Basic knowledge of power transformers is an advantage
- Experience with FORTRAN and Visual Basic is an advantage
- Experience working with different ERP systems is an advantag
Languages:
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of German and French is an advantage.
