WHAT IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE:
You will play a pivotal role in driving both operational excellence and continuous improvement across a large global Engineering team. In Engineering operations, you will be part of a team that partners closely with Sourcing, Finance and HR to ensure business outcomes are delivered as intended following SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost) while also delivering on financial, headcount and other key operational KPI's and metrics. You will champion a culture of continuous improvement by applying Lean principles and servant leadership practices, empowering engineering teams to identify and act on process improvement opportunities while also identifying the true systemic root causes and applying corrective actions to our quality misses. By supporting our Engineering team and embedding daily management best practices, you will help cultivate a resilient, data-driven, and forward-thinking one team culture.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities - What you will do
- Execute purchase orders in both Ariba and PowerMax to ensure goods and services are delivered accurately and on-time. Also, identify areas for continuous improvement (CI).
- Verify and approve all contract labor invoices for over 1,700 vouchering contractors to ensure correct billing rates and vouchered hours align with signed agreement.
- Lead monthly cross-functional purchasing council meetings to collaboratively share best practices, identify pain points, and drive continuous process improvement.
- Continue to enforce the SourceGate+ process to deliver indirect deflation savings for external transactions. Partnering with Operations and Sourcing to achieve savings target established for the specific year.
- Maintain and update purchasing standard work as needed to ensure process consistency with minimal deviation.
- Identify and solve complex PO/invoice issues, facilitate root-cause analysis with suppliers and internal teams, then define corrective and preventative actions.
- Assist with other procurement related activities including online payment requests, immediate payment requests, recurring lease payments and invoice discount refunds in CORA.
- Serve as primary focal point supporting Sourcing during the roll out of new tools and processes, ensuring effective adoption and issue resolution.
- Develop new and foster existing cross functional partnerships with sourcing & finance with a 'one team' mentality.
- Continue to work with the Sourcing team to enable savings tracking of < $25K regardless of PO value. The target completion date is 1H 2026.
- Continue partnering with the Digital/IT team to develop a comprehensive Ariba PO and invoice report that will improve data efficiency.
Required Qualifications - What you will bring
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or in a STEM field from an accredited university/college or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with large teams supporting their operational objectives and ensuring they meet their financial commitments.

Relocation Assistance Provided: No
For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $89,300.00 and $148,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
