Job Description Summary
Reporting to the Site Lean Leader. Responsible to drive Lean strategies, initiatives, and best practises to drive continuous improvement in PT Oberentfelden factory, supporting the business objectives with strong focus on productivity and lead time reduction.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage lean initiatives across the organization to optimize processes and drive efficiency
- Act as a change agent and champion for Lean principles, driving organizational buy-in and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability
- Conduct thorough process assessments and identify opportunities for improvement using lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and Kaizen events. Support the Lean roadmap of the unit with dedicated actions
- Lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving activities to eliminate waste and enhance workflows
- Provide coaching and training to employees at all levels to foster a culture of continuous improvement and Lean thinking
- Utilize data-driven approaches and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Lean initiatives and drive sustainable results
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in Lean management, preferably in the electromechanical sector
- Strong communication skills and hands-on approach
- High autonomy combined with a proactive and pragmatic approach to work
- Fluent in German & English
