Roles and Responsibilities

• Drives contract management to ensure the fulfillment of the company's contractual obligation and safeguards the company's rights.
• Provide support to cross-functional teams on contractual and commercial matters, including the development of strategies and directly supports negotiations with customers, partners and suppliers in alignment with Hydro business objectives.
• Drafts, prepare and negotiate claims, amendments, and settlement agreements effectively.
• Ensure timely submission of notices, variation order and claims in accordance with contractual statements.
• Drives risk management and insurance management.

Required Qualifications

• Bacherlors Degree in Law, Business Administration or Engineering
• Contract Management experience in the energy sector - products and services;
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese. Spanish is a plus;
• Great stakeholder management skills;
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
