Job Description Summary

Koordination und Beschleunigung des Materialflusses (von Lieferanten und auch innerhalb von Abteilungen) gemäß Produktionsplänen. Planung und Terminierung des Material-/Produktionsbedarfs. Beeinflusst den Abteilungsbetrieb und ist verantwortlich für die Planung/Ausführung.Die Rolle hat eine gewisse Autonomie, konzentriert sich jedoch auf die Ausführung von Aktivitäten innerhalb einer operativen Disziplin, die durch funktionale Standardpraktiken und -verfahren abgedeckt wird.Möglicherweise ist ein gewisses Urteilsvermögen erforderlich, dies erfolgt jedoch in der Regel unter Anleitung.

Job Description

What You Will Do

• Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs.
• Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs.
• Optimize inventory and process improvements.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of Gas Turbine and Accessory Modules Assembly. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute production strategy.
• In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
• Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
• Proven interpersonal skills or an early people leader who can hire and develop talent. Provides informal guidance to new team members

What Do You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Manufacturing & Materials Planning and Execution.
• Proficiency in using Planning and Project Management Software tools
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for complex and big data analysis
• Advanced Microsoft Project user for planning
• Experience with working with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

• Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends and make informed decisions.
• Advanced ability to read and interpret Manufacturing Bill of Materials (BOMs)
• Experience with use of ERP Systems (SAP)
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
