What impact you'll make?

The Lead Lean Engineer (Lean Project Manager) is responsible for delivering WIP & LT reduction via implementation of connected flow line according to standard process for a specified product family. Delivering Rework reduction in defined process via implementation of preventive quality countermeasures. Coordinate of Implementation of Lean Daily Management System, Standard Work, Pull Material Replenishment, 5S and other Lean tool and methods.

What you'll do (Responsibilities):

  • Coordinating Lean improvement project portfolio.
  • Coordinating the development of Lean Daily Management System. Organizing Lean Action WorkOuts for the different production areas and functions.
  • Managing Lean improvement projects from define phase till implementation and follow-up.
  • Teach fundamental Lean principles of creating flow and pull in manufacturing, understand how KPIs connected from shopfloor to plant level (KPI tree) regarding Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
  • Coordinate the implementation of Power Production System model all elements, regularly coordinate plant self assessment and managing action plan to achieve higher level.
  • Ensure the Lean tools such as eg. Standard Work, 5S etc. are in proper use at the defined area
  • Realize the COE/functions Lean implementation plan according to the company Lean strategy

What you'll bring (Basic requirements):

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials, Supply Chain or related Engineering field of study
  • Experience: Significant experience in Lean management and significant experience in Manufacturing
  • Language: Good communication skills in Hungarian and English (both verbal & written)
