Job Description Summary

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
The Demand Scheduler is responsible for managing all service-related activities to fulfill the refurbished parts demands. This role encompasses spare parts management, transactional order fulfillment, and direct people management, including staffing and performance development. The Demand Scheduler utilizes in-depth technical knowledge and analytical thinking to execute policy and strategy, staying aware of best practices and market competition. They propose solutions for complicated manufacturing processes, act as a resource for colleagues, lead small projects, and convey performance expectations.
Key Objectives and Tasks:
Buyback Management: Create and manage box folders for buyback information, including quality documents and non-standard repair requests. Conduct buyback evaluations focusing on business needs and internal credit. Handle commercial agreements, addressing cost vs. price differences by region or project. Manage customs clearance, valuation, and tax responsibilities based on import/export status. Organize return shipments and logistics, including TRF requests and site coordination. Perform receiving and packaging inspections, and update POs to reflect inspection findings and logistics. Oversee goods receipt and inventory input.

Quoting and Configuration: Provide emergent ITO quoting based on availability, FG pricing, or shop slot availability for UFG repair.
Demand Management and Reporting (DMR): Manage upgrades and CS injections, allocating unrepaired parts to future demands. Coordinate with teams for TX MTS Forecast and Shop Fallout Forecast. Define repair scope and update TLB and SAP with allocations. Own related frame Refurb control tower. Identify proactive inventory build to support New Parts lack of capacity/ Refurb repaired Inventory, engage with config management engineering, reserve material accordingly and own related signal tied to Repair DMR. Coordinate commercial Repair DMR input (owned by the ITRs) and net such demand with existing inventory
Repair Supply (SMR): Partner with Repair Value Stream (RVS) to: 1) identify which materials to send to repair shops upfront to identified repair slot (early delivery), 2) support required fallout inventory levels (defined by RVS), 3) review repair slots prioritization
Execution and Fulfillment: Create PNs, batches, or TLBs, and enter pedigree data. Conduct valuations including overhead, repair, initial, and extra logistics costs.
Sales and Order Management: Allocate assets, update excel trackers and SAP/TLB, and extend customer information in SAP. Create sales orders, allocate batches/PNs, and manage pick, pack, and ship processes. Handle international and domestic shipments, including manual label creation and TRF generation.
Pacing and Inventory: Manage scrap income from auctions and evaluate future return probability of on-hand assets. Engage Config Management engineering to merge partial sets into full sets
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college is required, or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in relevant Job Family Group/Function.
Desired Characteristics: Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, along with a demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Proficiency in documenting, planning, order management, and executing programs is required. Established project management skills are also necessary.

For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $91,400-$152,200 USD Annually.
The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a Annual Incentive (AIP) bonus of 10%.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
