Job Description Summary
Coordonne et accélère le flux de matériaux (provenant des fournisseurs, mais également au sein des départements) conformément aux calendriers de production. Planifie et programme les besoins en matériel/production. Influence la qualité de son propre travail et du travail des collègues de son équipe. Exécute les tâches opérationnelles/techniques standard généralement soumises à des instructions et à des routines professionnelles. Une certaine latitude est accordée pour réorganiser l'ordre des tâches en fonction de l'évolution des situations professionnelles.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage Master Data Maintenance and Configuration in the ERP system.
- Create & maintain planning/template BOMs configurations enabling efficient materials scheduling via MRP backwards scheduling functionalities at any stage of the BOM lifecycle working cross functionally with manufacturing, AME, engineering, sourcing
- Monitor that MRP systems are running properly to produce planned orders, purchase requisitions facilitating conversion into work order or Pos
- Monitor standard price application across relevant purchase orders and sales orders
- Run various error checking reports and drive data corrections
- Execute mass data updates/corrections within MES/ERP systems as needed
- Provide reporting and data retrieval support for quoting and cost roll-ups
- Support data analytics, materials reporting, and pulling of materials KPIs
- Be available to help users with key SAP functionalities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with a minimum of 3 years of experience)
Desired Characteristics
- Proven years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering role
- Proven experience in Manufacturing Operations, Inventory and Materials Management is preferred
- Experience working with BOM structures is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong influencing skills within a matrix organization
- Knowledge of production and inventory management
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $74,800.00 and $112,200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: ineligible.
