The Role

Are you interested in gaining hands-on experience in a global biotech company while still studying? Do you enjoy working with documentation, and supporting important processes in a dynamic environment? Would you like to gain experience with coordinating with colleagues internationally while learning about GMP and GDP? We are looking for a Student Worker to join our Global Clinical Drug Supply organization in our HQ office in Valby. In this role, you will support the team across an international department with operational and administrative tasks that contribute to the development and distribution of medicinal products for our clinical trial programs. You will learn to navigate GMP and GDP handling. You will become part of a collaborative environment with close interaction across teams and gain valuable insight into how a global biotech company operates.

Responsibilities/tasks

As a Student Worker within Global Clinical Drug Supply organization, you will participate in various tasks. The responsibilities includes but are not limited to:

Supply Chain

  • Perform accountability and reconciliation support
  • Assist batch documentation and reconciliation

Project Management

  • Input on ancillary requests into trackers/systems
  • Support information retrieval and data collection
  • Assist with creating project related documents and presentations
  • Supporting preparation for audits and inspections
  • Developing and maintaining important trackers and additional documents

Document Handling

  • Support shipment documentation
  • Support return shipment documentation
  • Assist with Electronic Document Archiving
  • Assist with electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) management
  • Checking translations
  • General ad hoc administrative support

Your work will be aligned with SOPs and Work Instructions and will be provided with the required training to perform these tasks.

Requirements

  • You are currently studying Natural Sciences, Supply Chain, Business or a related field and are ideally in your second year of your Bachelor's degree, with plans to continue into a Master's degree
  • Familiar with MS Office - Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint and with a flair for navigating different IT systems
  • Willing to collaborate in an office environment

The proposed gross annual/hourly base salary range for this position, in the primary location, based on a full time schedule is:
DKK180,00---180,00

The final salary offer will depend on several factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.
