Direct Sales Administrative Analyst - São Caetano do Sul/SP

Híbrido: Esta posição exige que esteja presencialmente 3x na semana (terça a quinta) em São Caetano do Sul.
O que você irá fazer (responsabilidades):
- Responsável pelo controle de produção vs demanda e redistribuição de veículos em vendas diretas;
- Gerenciamento do faturamento de vendas diretas;
- Interação com a Departamento Varejo para mudança de volumes quando necessário;
- Análise e acompanhamento do Forecast de vendas direta;
- Suporte ao time de campo provendo informações gerenciais sobre vendas e disponibilidade de produto;
- Ponto focal do sistema de Vendas Diretas, responsável por acompanhar alterações de sistema, cadastro de novos modelos e administração de usuários;
Qualificações Mandatórias:
- Nível Ensino Superior completo (preferencialmente em Administração, Engenharia, Ciência da computação ou áreas correlatas);
- Pacote Office: Domínio do Pacote Office, principalmente Excel Avançado (para criação de planilhas de controle, relatórios e análises de dados);
- Inglês Intermediário;
- Experiência prévia em rotinas administrativas;
- Disponibilidade para plantões (fechamento mês).
Qualificações desejáveis:
- Conhecimento em criação/gerenciamento de Dashbords em Power BI (desejável);
- Conhecimento no sistema VDWEB (desejável).

- Organização e Foco em Processos: Excelente capacidade de organização, atenção a detalhes e disciplina para seguir e otimizar fluxos de trabalho;
- Orientado para ação;
- Comunicação Interpessoal: Boa comunicação verbal e escrita para interagir com a equipe de vendas e/ou outros departamentos;
- Resolução de Problemas: Proatividade para identificar e solucionar rapidamente pendências e entraves nos processos de faturamento e entrega.
- Gestão de Tempo: Capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas tarefas e cumprir prazos rigorosos, especialmente no fechamento de mês.

This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location at least 3 times a week {or other frequency dictated by their manager}.
The selected candidate will be required to travel on a regular basis (25-50%) for this role.
