El rol de coordinador de Operaciones de Plan de Ahorro es responsable de la garantizar la distribución de tareas diarias al equipo de procesamiento para que se ejecuten de manera eficiente, cumpliendo las normativas internas y externas vigentes. La prioridad del área es velar por la satisfacción del cliente, afianzar el pensamiento sistémico en el cumplimiento de objetivos de empresa e impulsar acciones de innovación.

Responsabilidades clave

  • Coordinar los procesos operativos de forma eficiente para cumplir con los plazos, métricas y objetivos requeridos.
  • Responsable de subáreas suscripciones, mesa de entradas, prendas y seguros de PDA.
  • Dar seguimiento a procesos estructurales como la producción mensual, el agrupamiento de suscripciones, at. en mostrador, devengado de seguros, gestión de prendas.
  • Liderar un equipo diverso, promoviendo entregables de calidad, alto rendimiento y un excelente clima laboral.
  • Administración de compras y servicios de las áreas
  • Participación en implementaciones de correcciones y mejoras en sistema, así como proyectos de automatización y digitalización del negocio.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento normativo en todas las operaciones.
  • Generación de reportes y seguimiento de KPIs

Tus habilidades y capacidades (Requisitos):

  • Estudiante avanzado o título universitario en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia comprobada en roles de operaciones o similares.
  • Conocimiento en gestión operativa y eficacia organizativa.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo de equipos de trabajo.
  • Fuerte orientación al cumplimiento normativo.
  • Perfil analítico, con enfoque en el uso de datos para la toma de decisiones.

  • Experiencia previa en el negocio de Plan de Ahorro y utilización de sistemas: Newcon - SAP- CRM
  • Conocimiento del sector automotriz y su dinámica comercial.
  • Capacidad para liderar proyectos de mejora continua y digitalización
