Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Test Engineering Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Program Management Manager, The Test Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing the evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of testing procedures, strategies, systems, components, and modifications. Acts as an advisor to test engineering team regarding projects, tasks, and operations and acts as a liaison to other engineering functions. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.
What a typical day looks like:
- Test equipment(configure) preparing according to the test plan.
- Test fixture design and acceptance (ESD/Strain/Coverage/GR&R Reports).
- Troubleshooting and debugging during production.
- Test data collect and analyze, collaborating closely with RD to resolve technical issues and NDF issues.
- DFT, CPK, PFMEA,,, related reports prepare and submit to customer.
- New project overseas transfer support.
- New project quotation and test equipment evaluation.
- Training technicians and test station operator.
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- English Advanced.
- Experience with high-power PSU/BBU/Power Shelf/Rack testing process.
- Proficient in using Chroma8000 software and VBS.
- Proactive, responsible, strong teamwork awareness, good at communication and work safety concept.
