Bei Flex in Althofen, Kärnten, suchen wir Verstärkung als Purchasing & Supply Management Manager (m/w/d).

In dieser Funktion leitest du das Purchasing & Supply Management Team und verantwortest den strategischen Einkauf sowie die Beschaffung von Materialien für die laufende Produktion.

  • Performance Management und Zielvereinbarungen
  • Ausbildung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams und Förderung einer positiven Unternehmenskultur
  • Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen (Kaizen, 5S, etc.)
  • Prozessoptimierung für effizienten Ressourceneinsatz
  • Eskalationsmanagement: Unterstützung deines operativen Teams bei Materialengpässen
  • Inventory Management: Steuerung von Forecasts und Lagerbestände zur Erreichung von Zielvorgaben (ITO)
  • Lieferantenbewertung: Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Lieferantenperformance mit Fokus auf Termintreue (OTD)
  • Site Commodity Management Aufgaben:
    • Strategisches Lieferantenmanagement
    • Vertragsverhandlungen (TCO, NDA, etc.) und Lieferantenentwicklung
    • Fokus auf Materialkostenoptimierung und Flexibilität
    • Das bringst du mit:
    • Technische und/oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (Matura, FH)
    • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Supply Chain Management
    • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Lieferantenmanagement und in Vertragsverhandlungen
    • Verhandlungsgeschick sowie eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
    • Sehr gute MS Office- und Excel-Kenntnisse
    • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und ergebnisorientiertes Denken
    • Sicheres Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke im internationalen Umfeld
    • Sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
