Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an IT Delivery Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to Sr Director, Information Technology. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of platform, technology, and software initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring that complex IT projects are executed efficiently, aligned with business goals, and delivered with high quality and customer satisfaction.

What a typical day looks like:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of platform and software projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Manage cross-functional teams collaboration including developers, architects, QA, and infrastructure specialists.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Oversee software delivery and project execution.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and architectural standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and tools.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple projects.
• Monitor and report on delivery performance using KPIs and metrics.
• Coordinate with internal teams for solution delivery.
• Support change management and adoption of new technologies.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent systems experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Strong English Communication Skills (both written and oral).
• Requires availability for traveling.
• Excellent leadership and planning capabilities
• Software development management expertise
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Ability to develop and execute technology roadmaps

• High adaptability in dynamic environments
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Collaborative mindset with a customer-centric approach
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with enterprise software and service delivery
• Solid grasp of software development lifecycle and large scale software development processes
• Strong understanding of cloud / SaaS platforms and software delivery in the manufacturing industry
