We are seeking an exceptional hands-on DevOps Manager to lead our Treasury Kondor product team and drive our cloud transformation journey. This is a critical role for managing our worldwide DevOps and SRE engineering team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a team of 8+ DevOps Engineers
- Lead the development of automated CI/CD pipelines and self-service tools on Azure
- Apply agile and iterative methodologies to all deliverables
- Drive automation to eliminate manual tasks and ticketing
- Support R&D teams with DevOps services and tools
- Explore and implement emerging DevOps tools and industry standards
Required Experience
- 10+ years in a Dev/DevOps role
- 3+ years in a DevOps team management position
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Helm, Kubernetes, and public cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
- Proficiency in Python, Shell scripting, Groovy, Java
- Experience developing CI/CD pipelines as code with quality gates
- Strong production mindset and customer support orientation
- Azure certifications preferred
Soft Skills
- Experience working in multicultural environments (Europe, US, Asia)
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Proven track record in Agile project delivery (SAFE/Scrum, JIRA)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
