We are seeking an exceptional hands-on DevOps Manager to lead our Treasury Kondor product team and drive our cloud transformation journey. This is a critical role for managing our worldwide DevOps and SRE engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a team of 8+ DevOps Engineers
  • Lead the development of automated CI/CD pipelines and self-service tools on Azure
  • Apply agile and iterative methodologies to all deliverables
  • Drive automation to eliminate manual tasks and ticketing
  • Support R&D teams with DevOps services and tools
  • Explore and implement emerging DevOps tools and industry standards

Required Experience

  • 10+ years in a Dev/DevOps role
  • 3+ years in a DevOps team management position
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Helm, Kubernetes, and public cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
  • Proficiency in Python, Shell scripting, Groovy, Java
  • Experience developing CI/CD pipelines as code with quality gates
  • Strong production mindset and customer support orientation
  • Azure certifications preferred

Soft Skills

  • Experience working in multicultural environments (Europe, US, Asia)
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Proven track record in Agile project delivery (SAFE/Scrum, JIRA)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
