SENIOR MANAGER, ENTERPRISE TECHNOLOGY HR DATA ANALYTICS AND OPERATIONS
The Role
Be a part of the Enterprise Technology Human Resources team! Our team is responsible for driving and delivering technology and function-wide HR and talent strategies for Fidelity Technology organization.
The Senior Manager, HR Data Analytics & Operations supports HR Operations for Enterprise Technology through both ad-hoc and programmatic initiatives. Responsibilities include managing operational transactions, reports, and requests that enable HR oversight. Acting as a subject matter expert in human capital data across Fidelity's Technology organizations, the Senior Manager delivers targeted research and analytics to inform decision-making across ET, the CIO Council, and the broader technology function. The position requires strong business communication skills to collaborate with senior leaders, sponsors, peers, and suppliers, translating insights into key findings for moderately complex business challenges. Additionally, the Senior Manager leads multiple projects, conducts analysis, and delivers metrics and reporting to uncover trends and support requests from ET business units and the wider Technology organization.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Advanced PC skills and Microsoft Office expertise required, particularly with Excel
- Experience delivering complex human capital data analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; including proactive inquiry management and follow-through
- Experience with delivering data analysis and reporting required; skills in data integration (i.e. Alteryx), visualization and dashboard development (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred
- Experience with R and Python for data analysis and integration, with a foundational understanding of APIs
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and quality, and a high degree of comfort with detailed processes and data while working in sometimes ambiguous situations
- Responsible for understanding and managing data requirements from multiple sources to support and conduct complex data analysis; understands underlying reasons for data requests; recommends a reporting or analytic solution and presents summary data to executives, HR and technology partners
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent objectives or activities while meeting deadlines
- Collaborative, self-motivated and proactive team player, who possesses tact & discretion with delivering analysis findings
- Curious and confident learner who asks questions and looks for innovative solutions and opportunities to gain efficiencies
- Establish and maintain positive, trusting working relationships with Human Resources members of the Enterprise Technology and the wider Technology organizations, and other internal or external partners
- Partner with HR and Technology business partners to understand and develop recommendations for the HR Business Partner community on how to leverage human capital data to consult/influence on decisions with senior HR teams.
- Utilize Tableau, Power BI and other data visualization tools to deliver metrics and reporting to Fidelity Technology organizations to enable data driven decision making
- Working within a fast-paced environment where flexibility and quick approach pivots may be required
- Supports the HR planning process, understands business needs and identifies and drives new projects/plans that have significant business impact

The Team
The group you will work in is the Enterprise Technology Human Resources Operations and Reporting team supporting the Enterprise Technology and the wider Fidelity Technology organizations. This role is an important part of the team delivering high impact HR data analytics and operations support including employee movement, pay review cycles, associate experience, and other initiatives. You will partner with business partners & business leaders across several business units and functions such as Enterprise HR, Finance and Data Analytics. Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
