We partner closely with Engineering, Product, Architecture, and business teams to design high-quality data models and databases aligned with enterprise data governance, taxonomy, and architecture standards. Fidelity's Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Your efforts will guide technical decisions, define modeling standards, and support modernization projects!
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 8-10+ years of experience in conceptual, logical, physical, relational, dimensional, and 3NF data modeling for enterprise OLTP and analytical platforms
- Good experience with conceptual, logical, physical, 3NF, relational, and dimensional modeling.
- Experience designing models for enterprise OLTP and analytical platforms.
- Experience with legacy data modernization and cloud migration.
- Knowledge of data architecture, governance, metadata, and data quality practices.
- Ability to influence collaborators and translate business requirements into effective data models.
- Strong SQL skills, preferably ANSI SQL.
- Experience with modeling tools such as Erwin, PowerDesigner, Oracle Designer, or similar.
- Snowflake experience is a plus.
- Good communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to work independently across multiple agile engineering teams.
