Director, Executive Services Strategy & Offering Team

The Role

Fidelity Executive Services is looking for a Director to join the Strategy & Offering Team as they embark on a multi-year expansion of the Executive Services program. This role provides a great opportunity to work across multiple initiatives and workstreams towards this expansion, including the evolution of the service model and offering, it's positioning at Fidelity and in the marketplace, and how we go to market. The Director role is ideal for someone with a product management or strategy background, with experience across both workplace and our retail businesses. Primary duties of the position include:

• Using data and insights to find opportunities, measure performance, and iterate on features to meet Executive Services program, sponsor, and participant needs
• Leading multiple priorities and initiatives in partnership with Executive Services Product Area and Distribution Teams
• Establishing goals and communicating progress/status to ES leadership and key partners at various levels
• Highlighting risks, dependencies, and managing progression against determined milestones
• Representing Executive Services and seeking opportunities to partner with other business units and business partners to leverage and scale solutions and ensure alignment and integration of deliverables across domains
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance program efficiency, engagement, and overall initiative outcomes

The Experience and Skills You Bring

• Bachelor's degree required; 10-12 + years of financial services experience with a focus on strategy / product management
• Deep understanding of the Workplace, Wealth and Brokerage businesses
• Outstanding prioritization skills and the ability to navigate multiple highly matrixed organizations
• Ability to think and operate both strategically and tactically
• Superb relationship-building skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Possesses a startup mentality with comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities. You have experience in environments where speed, adaptability, and innovation are critical to success.
• Leadership skills demonstrating the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
• Thrives in a collaborative environment and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

The Team

Executive Services is an incredibly successful P/W program with a track record of well over a decade of creating lifetime relationships with Workplace Executives. The Executive Services Product Area is uniquely constructed and positioned to provide Executive Services Distribution with a steady, increasing number of qualified, engaged executives through an efficient program. Our job is to define the direction and opportunity of the program, create operational maturity, increase engagement across both Plan Sponsors and Participants, and to deliver both Participants and capabilities to our Distribution partners for the program's continued growth and success

The base salary range for this position is $110,000-222,000 USD per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
